Had a JUST PERFECT stay with my son, we spent 2 nights here, everything was perfect. Location: the hotel was close enough to the English themed cafe, Princess Anne and sitting areas.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The warmth of the owner and the cozy decor make this inn a welcoming "home away from home". Immaculate rooms, delicious breakfast, and a wide selection of teas and biscuits in the English themed cafe are amazing. The owner's charm and graciousness set it apart from chain hotels. A great choice for your stay in Princess Anne!
Felt so comfortable, nothing was too much trouble.

We had the most delightful stay at Princess Anne Book Lovers Inn. The Victorian charm of the house and the attention to detail in the decor made us feel like we stepped into a storybook. Our room, themed for the early American jazz era, was not only beautifully designed but also incredibly comfortable. The bed was so cozy that we slept just as well as we do at home. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owner, Heidi, who warmly welcomed us and took the time to answer all of our questions about our stay. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the breakfasts. Heidi truly outdid herself with the presentation and quality of the English breakfasts she served. She even accommodated our preference to not have meat, which we greatly appreciated. We couldn't have asked for a more gracious host. The inn's central location also made it convenient for exploring the area, whether it was shopping, dining, or visiting nearby universities. we highly recommend Princess Anne Book Lovers Inn for an exceptional and memorable experience.

The cute décor and well-maintained property were the best aspects of our stay. The quiet atmosphere made for a romantic escape. The British-themed accents and historic objects were charming and added a unique touch to the environment. The location was also convenient for shopping and dining. we appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners.
The cramped spaces were the worst aspects of our stay. The narrow hallways and small room made it challenging to move our bulky carry-on luggage.

I recently spent my Christmas holiday at a charming B&B in a historic home. The ambience and decor were absolutely delightful, with a beautiful Victorian theme throughout. The owners, who were British, took meticulous care of the property and were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and filled with interesting historic objects and antiques. One of the best aspects of my stay was the delicious breakfast that was served each morning. The menu had a great selection and the use of fresh ingredients really stood out. Additionally, the B&B was conveniently located near shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.
While my experience at the B&B was largely fantastic, there were a couple of minor issues that I encountered. One small inconvenience was the possibility of hard water in the shower and bathtub.

Room cleanliness and comfortable bed were satisfactory. The breakfast was nice as we had fresh juice and yoghurt. It was also easy to locate the hotel.
We did not have a romantic escape as we had wished. The tea they served was not good and the staff was not accommodating at all.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
